The Institute provides the value-added courses for the students in the third year of their curriculum apart from the regular curriculum of the affiliated university. These courses are selected based on the demand from the industries. Faculty from the various departments of the Institute is first trained in the industry and then they conduct this skill development courses. An additional slot of skill development is allocated in time table. Also at the end of the course students are awarded with certificate proficiency based on a test. Skill development training provided to the students of all branches of engineering which was carried on for 40 lectures. Students were provided with participation certificates after giving assessment & feedback.
